General condition of sales and warranty |
- No claims are accepted from 8 days after the receipt date of supplied goods.
- Goods travel at risk of the Customer, even if free delivered is agreed upon.
- If not agreed differently, the prices are ex works of the supplying company.
- In the event of a delayed payment, the commercial rates will be applied according to the official bank rate and increased by three points.
- The jurisdiction of Padua will be the competent authority for any dispute.
- Direct remittance is within a maximum of 30 days from the invoice date.
- Unauthorized discounts or rounding off are not allowed.
- By signing the transport bill, all sales conditions are approved. The personal data you’ve supplied will be considered correct, if not, it is your responsibility to correct it.
- Microhard products are guaranteed according to the law and in particular as follows:
- The warranty begins from the delivery.
- The product is guaranteed ex works Microhard, the shipment expenses are charged to the Customer.
- All consumable parts, such as lamps and batteries, are excluded from the warranty.
- If consumers do not purchase the product for their professional activity or business, the Legislative Decree 2nd Feb. 2002 no. 24, art. 1519-bis andand any laws following following (two years from the delivery according to the law conditions) will be applied.
- If other purchasers buy the product using their tax code (V.A.T. number), the warranty according to the law of the article 1490 and and any laws following (one year from the delivery according to the law conditions) will be applied. We precise that as concerns the game equipment according to the law in force “item 6 and 6a”, it is transformed and renewed, as foreseen by the relevant law and its guarantee will start when the equipment was sold for the first time that is before it was transformed.
- Other contract warranties issued by the Manufacturer of the parts making up the product are also included.
- Microhard declines all responsibility for lack of income due to maintenance or repairing of a product, even under warranty.
